Shipping & Sales Tax

US Customers, New shipping terms~
Shipping is now a flat rate of $5.00 for continental US, no matter where you live and no matter how heavy your package is.

Overseas shipping:
Our International customers now have 2 shipping options:
Priority International, which takes 6-10 days
First Class International, which takes 2-3 weeks

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays.

Sales Tax is included in the retail prices.

Refunds

Not happy with your yarn?? We will give refunds (less shipping) on yarn that you are not happy with but only if returned within 14 days of purchase and only if no yarn was used or damaged. Communication is very important. Please let us know if you like or dislike something.
